The Hoosier Trails Council is divided into four geographic districts to more efficiently administer the Scouting program. To serve the Cub Scout Packs, Boy Scout Troops, Varsity Scout Teams, Venture Crews, Explorer Posts, and Learning for Life Groups within their assigned counties, each district coordinates the following four functions: Program, Membership, Finance and Unit Service.
