If You Want To Print:
{Print a test page of front & back to see how you should put pages in to print on the backside. Then click Print for the Leader's Guide. Click the Pages radio button and type in 2-28, then under Subset, choose Odd Pages Only. DO NOT print the first page. This is where the mess-up is for people printing.
After these print, put them in your paper tray in the order they came out -- contents page on the TOP of the pile. Then click Print and choose Even Pages only. This will give you the packet on 8.5x11 paper}
