Indiana State Fair & Adventure Base 100 - Aug 6-22, 2010
Units are invited to demonstrate the many facets of Scouting at the Legacy Area, Aug 6-22. Then, Aug 13-15, Adventure Base 100 comes to the fair!! Experience all the sights & smells of camp, climb a rock wall, and learn about Scouting over the last century. Finally, Aug 15 is Boy Scout Day at the Fair!! We're taking over State Fair Blvd with over 30 exhibits to showcase how Scouting helps: building Friendships, learning Values, and having FUN!

Making a Difference Patch
NEW! Now you can earn this A Year of Celebration - A Century of Making a Difference patch. This awards program has been developed specially for the 100th Anniversary of the Boy Scouts of America. There are five awards, each based on one of the five core values of the Boy Scouts of America: Leadership, Achievement, Community Service, Character and the Outdoors.
Requrements for the patch vary, depending on Scout Level. Scouts must meet requirements for the patch between Sept. 1, 2009 - Dec. 31, 2010. To learn more - click here.

BSA 100th Anniversary Trees
The tree is an important symbol of the family-a family tree, the life of a tree that spans generations, the belief that a tree will continue to provide, long after we're gone.
Because of that symbolism-and a shared mission for service and environmental stewardship-we could think of no better Generations Connection partner than the Arbor Day Foundation! For every BSA 100th Anniversary tree purchased from Arbor Day, another will be planted in Montana at the newly created Boy Scouts of America Centennial Forest. The Centennial Forest will aid replanting of the Flathead National Forest following recent fires.
